At Nēbu Luxury, we want you to be completely enamored with your home sanctuary; if a piece does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition. Please note that bespoke orders and final sale items are exempt from our standard return policy.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Shipment
Carefully repackage the items in their original luxury packaging and include all certificates of authenticity to ensure a safe transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid premium shipping label, then secure it to the outside of your package before dropping it at the nearest carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
